New Scream curtail sees Sidney and Dewey reunify

A fres Scream clip reunites Sidney Prescott and Dewey Riley.

In the clip, revealed on Morning America and antecedently glimpsed in the movie's trailer, Sidney receives a call from her old pal Dewey. "Sid, information technology's happening again," he warns her – but preceptor't worry too much, because she reassures him: "I'm Sidney Prescott, of course I have a gun."

Scream, the fifth picture show in the horror franchise, brings rear Neve Campbell as Sidney, Saint David Arquette as Dewey, Courteney Cox as Gale Weathers, and Marley Shelton as Surrogate Judy Hicks.

Newcomers to the cast include Melissa Barrera as SAM Carpenter, Jenna Ortega as Tara Carpenter, Labourer Quaid atomic number 3 Richie Kirsch, Sonia Ammar as Liv McKenzie, Bob Dylan Minnette as Wes Hicks, Jasmin Savoy Brown as Mindy Meeks-Martin, Mason Gooding A Chad Meeks-Martin, Kyle Gallner equally Vince Schneider, and Mikey Madison as Amber Freewoman.

As for the plot, that's a complete enigma. From the trailers, information technology seems the new Ghostface – whoever that may be – is after relatives of the master killers. A poster freshly unveiled for the moving-picture show featuring the cast includes the tagline "the killer is on this notice," adding fuel to the speculation fire.

"She's in a good place in her life, and she's a mother straight off, which I think gives her a whole other point of fury," Campbell told GMA of her reference. "She's content, and and then of run chaos ensues, because IT's a Thigh-slapper flic."
